GeoHomeFinder ("we", "us") is operated by dsignzmedia. This policy explains what data the GeoHomeFinder app collects and how we use it. Contact: info@dsignzmedia.com.

Data we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile photo.
• Location: precise and approximate location while you use the app. If you turn on nearby home alerts, we also collect location in the background so we can notify you when you are within 1 km of a home for rent.
• Photos, videos and audio: content you upload or record when listing a property, including sound recorded with property videos.
• Identity document: an ID document you may upload to verify your identity as a property owner.
• Device information: device identifiers and push notification tokens used to send alerts.

How we use data

We use your data to show homes near you, send nearby alerts, display your listings, verify property owners, operate your account and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use location for advertising.

Sharing

Listing content you publish (photos, videos, property location and contact details you choose to show) is visible to other users. We share data with service providers that host our servers and deliver push notifications, only to run the service, or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We keep your data while your account is active. ID documents are stored securely and used only for verification. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• You can turn off location, camera, microphone and notifications at any time in your device settings.
• You can turn off nearby alerts inside the app.
• You can delete your account in the app or by emailing info@dsignzmedia.com. See how to delete your account.

Children

GeoHomeFinder is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
